Introduction

Hello and welcome to my weight loss journey blog. My name is Kirsty and I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have tried countless diets and exercise routines over the years, but nothing seemed to work. I had some success back in 2019 and lost 4 stone however due to Covid and general laziness I gained this all back again so started a fresh back in January 2023 of this year and so far lost 52.5 pound and reached my ‘healthy goal weight’ however ultimately my main goal was to be happy and healthy.

That’s why I decided to create this blog – to share my journey and recipes with others who may be going through the same struggles.

My goal for this blog is to be authentic and relatable to my audience. I want to share my successes and failures, as well as provide tips and advice that have worked for me. I hope that by doing so, I can inspire others to start their own weight loss journey and achieve their goals.
